  Conscientious staff who want guests to be at ease. Helpful, friendly and professional.
  
  I thought Premier would be faceless/anonymous, but it felt personal.
  
  The beds are heaven, you can choose about pillows, heating.
  An added bonus is having The Bull's Head next door. Great partnership.

  One of the better Premier Inn's in the area. Accommodation is good. The pub next door has a good atmosphere too. I struggle with the food. If you're a burger and chips person who also likes a full English for breakfast then you'l love it. If however you're like me and require something a little more healthy , then you are limited.

  A very poor experience. Booked a room to stay at this hotel and tried to cancel due to a change of plans. They left me on hold for 20mins (premium rate number) just to tell me the cancellation fee was the same amount that i paid for the room in the first place. Fair enough as its quite late in the day but why not tell me at the start of the call? Poor service

  Very friendly and clean rooms. Made small talk before I left to get something to eat,which wasn't necessary. Kids enjoyed staying on there own beds.

  You get the same Premier Inn experience as always - reliable, competently delivered sameness. In this case, augmented with exceptionally helpful staff (nod to Thomas) and free WiFi that actually works well. What we needed as a place to lay our heads.
